Review r001: first reading of the book

The founder's review of his first reading, received as a voice memo and normalised here into nine numbered items. Under each: what the reviewer said, the agent's comment, a concrete proposal, and what is needed before that item can land. Per the workflow, nothing in the book changed from this review yet: the agent comments and proposes first, the conversation agrees item by item, and each agreed change ships in a release whose exact delta is readable in the version diff view.
