Review r003: decouple the book, evidence first, reviews as graphs
The founder's third review, received as a voice memo and normalised into six numbered items, and the first to open with a decisions register: the calls the conversation is waiting on, each linked to its item. The headline is architectural: decouple the book from the website, so the site can deepen into a research estate (starting with in-depth case studies of the existing vaults) while the book becomes the distilled best-of, a clean text whose passages carry provenance edges back to the site pages, versions and commits they came from. Two items landed with this review's own release because they are review tooling, not book content; everything else is proposed and waits on the decisions.

The review is the JSON at /reviews/r003.json; this page is its projection. New in the schema from this review on: a top-level decisions array (each decision carries its item, question, options and state, then its answer once made). This review proposes the decoupling of the book from the site (provenance replaces equality in the build gate) and the restructuring of reviews into folders whose items, decisions and evidence are nodes in a per-review graph. The verbatim source memo is brief 14.
