Why it is here
The most quotable of the fifteen, and the one that most directly implicates this site. Its argument is that a claim node is incomplete without its surrounding attribution, that asserted, vouched for, funded, published and cited are five different edges, and that the citers matter more than the author because distortion happens downstream. Then it turns the rule on its own corpus: the graph has an agenda too, and exempting it would repeat a failure the corpus already named. That is why this site has a participant disclosure.
What it says

- The hazard is provenance-based dismissal, so the discipline must be disclosure rather than dismissal.
