Why it is here
The shortest document in the set and the one the source manifest ranks first. It carries the tightest formulation of the whole thesis (properties are words; meaning is captured through connectivity) and it supplies the primitive the regulation work depends on: a twin is where the graph stops being about itself and touches something real. Whether an endpoint reaches reality is itself a measurable fact, which is what makes coverage computable rather than claimed.
